Hotel Xenia will open today following a two-year development and a cost of approximately £9 million. The hotel is located on Cromwell Road in South Kensington, just minutes by foot from the city’s most famous museums, including the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Natural History Museum. The hotel is showcasing an exciting new dining concept. Its restaurant, Evoluzione, has been inspired by renowned nutritionist Chiara Manzi, and serves delicious Italian food with a healthy twist. A destination in its own right, Evoluzione will provide healthy, low-calorie Italian cuisine in stylish surroundings, located in the property’s bright and elegant conservatory, with daily demonstrations at a dedicated show cooking station. Hotel Xenia promises, among other delights, a delicious three-course meal for under 800 calories – so you can enjoy guilt-free gourmet dining. Headed up by renowned Italian chef Pasquale D’Ambrosio, the restaurant also has an al fresco dining area.
